Dr. Jan-F. Hellmann LL.M.
Dr. Jan-Frederik Hellmann received his legal education at the Universities of Bielefeld, Münster and Frankfurt am Main. He obtained a Masters (LL.M.) in Anglo-Saxon Law in 2008 in Wellington/New Zealand. He then received his doctorate magna cum laude in the field of Environmental and Constitutional Law.
Since 2011, Dr. Hellmann has worked successfully as a lawyer in all areas of civil law, including large court proceedings. He is particularly active in restructuring and insolvency law and was appointed as a specialist in restructuring and insolvency law in 2018. In the same year, he was appointed as a notary and thereby works in the areas of real estate, corporate, family and inheritance law.
Dr. Hellmann is fluent in English thanks to his American family and due to his several years abroad.
He is the owner of the law firm.
