Michael Hellmann
Michael Hellmann founded the law firm in 1987 having previously worked as a public prosecutor and then as a partner in a well-known law and tax consultancy firm for ten years, primarily as an insolvency administrator.
Due to his 44 years of professional experience, he has been able to provide constructive assistance to hundreds of companies, their managing directors, board members, shareholders and entrepreneurs throughout Germany, especially in the area of corporate restructuring law. He has extensive specialist knowledge in all areas of corporate law.
He is also a member of advisory boards and is a last will executor.
